In 2016, Farmgirl Flowers was growing rapidly and struggling to find a partner who could solve the business-killing issues with their full custom PHP ecomm site. 0xb8 turned around a back end revamp in a few months and took on site maintenance and local systems administration. In two years, the business had grown 5x and a new, fully integrated custom ecomm site/order management system became a pressing need. A best-of-breed Rails site was architected and deployed without business disruption. In 2020, we deployed a fully automated FedEx IPD integration via FedEx ShipManager Server, a fully automated UPS Label API integration and supported Farmgirl through the rapid addition of multiple fulfillment centers during COVID lockdowns.
Naadam approached 0xb8 in 2018 seeking help with processes to support their ApparelMagic order management system through a period of rapid growth. 0xb8 quickly identified and developed automation solutions that freed 5 FT staff positions, and went on to develop a fully custom integration between ApparelMagic, Bergen Logistics, and Shopify to support Naadam’s specific business requirements & enable quick turnaround for new projects/needs.

La Garçonne needed help after a disastrous Shopify migration left the company in extreme crisis mode. After an intensive few months which included a migration to Springboard Retail, a full Shopify theme rewrite, and a complex 3PL integration, business operations stabilized.
The Line hired 0xb8 looking for a partner to quickly migrate an existing heavily customized Spree site to Shopify with minimal impact on the business. In the course of the migration we found an urgent need to migrate a substantial internal warehouse/fulfillment center to 3PL, which we led and executed.
